HIPAA Compliant Uploader
Many medical professionals use GSuite Google Drive for its HIPAA compliant storage and file sharing. If you aren't already, DriveUploader should offer a HIPAA compliant version of your service to help patients easily upload documents to their providers HIPAA compliant GSuite account.

Put uploader's name in email subject
Put name of person who uploaded files in subject field of notification emails for easier identification.
E.g. instead of "New files in [folder]!" make it "New files from [name] in [folder]"
Email software that use threading of messages (e.g. Gmail) will clump all that day's uploaded files into one email thread, because the subject is always the same. This is making it very difficult to track and manage incoming files.

Allow uploaders to reset the iFrame embed to upload more files
Currently, if an uploader adds files one at a time to the iFrame embed, it will prevent adding more files once the first file is uploaded...the workaround is to let the user know that they have to refresh the entire page the embed is on.
There are a few ways to solve this:
* Very, very quick: add a link to the iframe completion page of ("Upload more files") that simply refreshes the page inside the iframe
* Don't replace the upload dropbox with the progress bar or completed files so it's always visible.19 votes -
Allow style changes to the iFrame embed
As a paying user, I would like a textbox to provide CSS that would then get dropped onto an iFrame embed page associated to my account in order to better brand the embed to my own site.

Offer Better Plans
You offer a great product but in my opinion the plans are horrendous. To use something as simple as the Javascript API costs $14.99 per month and that's utterly ridiculous. Consider a completely different approach to Plans where you offer all of the functionality regardless of the Plan but the Plans are by maximum number of uploads per month or consider selling a one-time license instead of a monthly subscription (which I think is the best option). To pay $14.99/mo to have access to a Javascript API is unheard of and very different from any other vendor I have ever…

Make the fonts easier to read
Many readers, particularly seniors, will have difficulty reading the fonts. The drag-and-drop font is too low-contrast against the white background and the button font is very small. I have had complaints from those using the form that they find it hard to read.

Make Email Notifications Customizable
I have a team of people waiting for uploaded files. The basic functionality to customize and send emails is already present. Making this available for notifications on a per Uploader basis should be a real easy addition. Nothing fancy is needed just the ability to add multiple recipient email addresses, hypertext, and change email copy.

Customizable inputs in uploader
Many customers are requesting basic editing of title / input field for the upload form - so they can specify what the users must provide...
Now it is possible with JavaScript API - but there could be a web admin to set 1-3 fields with labels for what people are asked (and must?) fill in their embedded upload form. This would make it easier for end-users who are not able to code.

Timezone setup for the subfolder name
Right now the subfolders are created with a time stamp in a fixed timezone - as defined on the servers.
Users should be able to set their own time zone (or detect it from browser settings?) to be timestamp in folder names which are meaningful to them.
