Allow style changes to the iFrame embed
As a paying user, I would like a textbox to provide CSS that would then get dropped onto an iFrame embed page associated to my account in order to better brand the embed to my own site.

Make Email Notifications Customizable
I have a team of people waiting for uploaded files. The basic functionality to customize and send emails is already present. Making this available for notifications on a per Uploader basis should be a real easy addition. Nothing fancy is needed just the ability to add multiple recipient email addresses, hypertext, and change email copy.

Email notification to the sender
I think it would be nice if the uploader of a file gets an email notification when the file is received succesfully. Sometimes sending fails. When after closing the connection the filesize is zero bytes in the destination location, then a failure notification to the sender email address would be nice as well.

Allow uploaders to reset the iFrame embed to upload more files
Currently, if an uploader adds files one at a time to the iFrame embed, it will prevent adding more files once the first file is uploaded...the workaround is to let the user know that they have to refresh the entire page the embed is on.
There are a few ways to solve this:
* Very, very quick: add a link to the iframe completion page of ("Upload more files") that simply refreshes the page inside the iframe
* Don't replace the upload dropbox with the progress bar or completed files so it's always visible.19 votes -
template for quick generation of multiple folders
Create a template where you can create multiple uploaders at once with a fixed folder structure within your drive.
For example, using the template, I can select the location of my folder on my drive and the template would create 10 folders (and corresponding uploader links) with pre-determined names within the 1 folder on my company's drive.

Customizable inputs in uploader
Many customers are requesting basic editing of title / input field for the upload form - so they can specify what the users must provide...
Now it is possible with JavaScript API - but there could be a web admin to set 1-3 fields with labels for what people are asked (and must?) fill in their embedded upload form. This would make it easier for end-users who are not able to code.

Upload multiple files from different folders
Currently, you can only upload multiple files from a single location using shift/ctrl to select multiple files to upload. Many users want to grab files from different folders or locations on their PC, which means they currently have to enter information to upload multiple times.
Please create the functionality to not start the upload until the user has dragged/selected all the files they want to upload.

Timezone setup for the subfolder name
Right now the subfolders are created with a time stamp in a fixed timezone - as defined on the servers.
Users should be able to set their own time zone (or detect it from browser settings?) to be timestamp in folder names which are meaningful to them.

Inform user to keep browser window open until 'Upload Complete' is delivered
We have users attempting to upload files into our Drive that have closed the browser or even just the browser tab prior to receiving the 'Upload Complete' message. This has caused either no file or only partial files (if multiple uploads) to be populated and in every instance no notification email was sent. This left the user thinking they had provided files and us not knowing they ever attempted the upload. This leads to confusion and miscommunication.
I am suggesting to simply add a message to the upload screen informing the user to keep the browser/tab open until they receive…

HIPAA Compliant Uploader
Many medical professionals use GSuite Google Drive for its HIPAA compliant storage and file sharing. If you aren't already, DriveUploader should offer a HIPAA compliant version of your service to help patients easily upload documents to their providers HIPAA compliant GSuite account.

Remove scrollbar from embed widget
To prevent the initial widget from having a scrollbar, the dev could consider adding the rule box-sizing: border-box; to the CSS for .du-dropzone.

View 'History' of Upload requests I have sent.
Is there a way, (and if not it would be a great feature): to see a list/report of all the Upload requests I have sent. and even better; have this report include if a file(s) upload was completed for the Upload request. History would include when request was sent and when it expired. (thanks, and this appears to be a great product)

Translate labels in the layout to different languages.
It will be lovely to translate the component in different languages.
Have the possibility to translate the labels like:
Drag files here

Put uploader's name in email subject
Put name of person who uploaded files in subject field of notification emails for easier identification.
E.g. instead of "New files in [folder]!" make it "New files from [name] in [folder]"
Email software that use threading of messages (e.g. Gmail) will clump all that day's uploaded files into one email thread, because the subject is always the same. This is making it very difficult to track and manage incoming files.

Team/shared uploader account
We are using drive uploader to build in efficiencies for collecting materials from candidates during the application process. It is important that each team member own all aspects of their work and a shared or team uploader account would make this possible. We are currently using the pro account but it takes away from the efficiency piece because 1 team member is now responsible for creating all the uploaders. Looking forward to his option in the near future!

Offer Better Plans
You offer a great product but in my opinion the plans are horrendous. To use something as simple as the Javascript API costs $14.99 per month and that's utterly ridiculous. Consider a completely different approach to Plans where you offer all of the functionality regardless of the Plan but the Plans are by maximum number of uploads per month or consider selling a one-time license instead of a monthly subscription (which I think is the best option). To pay $14.99/mo to have access to a Javascript API is unheard of and very different from any other vendor I have ever…

Email Notifcation for other team members that files have been uploaded.
I would like to have other people receive the same email notification I do when files are uploaded. We often recieve many files. It would be much more effective if other members of my organization can be notified and manage the incoming payload.

thumbnail
It would be very interesting if the images selected for upload were accompanied by a small thumbnail for easier identification and to help reduce the number of uploads by mistake.
