Where can I find invoices?

Currently, DriveUploader customers use two payment gateway providers. New customers use a Paddle gateway and customers with subscriptions created before Feb 2022 use the FastSpring gateway. 


Paddle

There are two ways how to find Paddle invoices:

1) Open payment history in your DriveUploader account.

You can access all your invoices by clicking on the "Billing history" from your admin page.


2) Invoices for your subscription are sent each month after a subscription payment is made to the email address you provided as your billing information when you created your subscription.

How to find invoices in the inbox:

Sender: DriveUploader (via Paddle.com) <help@paddle.com>
Subject: Your PLUS/PRO plan - monthly/yearly payment subscription transaction receipt


FastSpring

Invoices for your subscription are sent each month after a subscription payment is made to the email address you provided as your billing information when you created your subscription.

How to find invoices in the inbox:

Sender: Klokan Technologies GmbH <mailer@fastspring.com>
Subject: Your Order: DriveUploader [KLOddmmyy-xxxx-xxxxx] 
("dd" represents a day, "mm" represents a month, "yy" represents a year when the payment was made. "x" are unique numbers representing your subscription number)
